2 dedicated covered parking spots at the stairs just below the unit. Renters must pay with QR code upon arrival $25/vehicle/stay.

Roomy and Reasonable.

The unit is a 1 story walk up with no elevator or accessibility.

The nearest beach access is only about a 5-minute walk from the complex to the east, at the 6th St Public Beach (0.3 of a mile).

Non - smoking unit! No smoking on the balcony. If any evidence of smoking is found in the condo, you will incur an additional charge minimum of $500 cleaning fee.

Other things to note
There is no smoking or vaping allowed in the unit or on the balcony.

No signs, flags or towels may be hung from or over the balcony per HOA rules.

The swimming pools do not have a lifeguard. Swim at your own risk.

Please be respectful of neighbors. Excessive noise, no matter what time, is not allowed. Keep the music to a minimum.

You must pay for parking with QR code upon arrival. You may be towed if you do not pay the $25/stay fee.

Bike rack located just under the unit in the parking area for your use. Bike rental located just a couple of blocks away.
