We’re happy to welcome well-behaved dogs with prior approval! A $100 flat pet fee per dog, per stay will be added to your reservation. Guests planning to bring more than one dog must receive approval in advance.
🐱 Unfortunately, we’re unable to accommodate cats due to severe allergies.
While we thoroughly clean and sanitize the property between each stay, please be aware that the home is dog-friendly. As such, we cannot guarantee it's completely free of pet allergens. If anyone in your group has pet sensitivities or allergies, we recommend taking that into consideration before your stay.
👶 Families with Little Ones
We love welcoming families with infants and toddlers! That said, our cottage is not baby- or toddler-proof, and some areas may require extra supervision. We provide two high chairs for your convenience, but no cribs are available. Please use your discretion when it comes to safety and child supervision during your stay. We want everyone — big and small — to have a safe and enjoyable visit.

We offer a standard 120V outdoor outlet for EV charging.

The dock and watercrafts are unavailable from October through April, as they’re winterized for the season.
Please also note that our basement rec room (sauna access) is a seasonal space. During the off-season (October–April), part of the room is used to store outdoor furniture and watercraft, so the available space may be reduced.

Please note that our outdoor areas aren’t maintained during the colder months, and we typically get a fair amount of snow. Access to the beach and campfire area may be difficult or even inaccessible unless a footpath is cleared. All outdoor furniture, including chairs, is stored away in the fall. The driveway will be shoveled as needed for access and parking, but the rest of the outdoor space won’t be cleared.
🔥 Indoor Comfort in Winter
Our dining room can run a bit cooler during the winter months due to its separation from the main living area and its large windows. We provide space heaters in the room, and we encourage guests to use the fireplace if needed to keep the space warm and comfortable.

Our beloved dog, Koa, is laid to rest in a marked but unlabelled spot just off to the side of the shed. It’s a peaceful and private part of the property, but you may notice it if you're exploring the grounds. We wanted to share this in case it’s helpful to know—Koa was a big part of this home, and his presence is still felt in the best way. 🐾❤️
