Our stay was fantastic, the space is ideal for gathering and very communal. The bedrooms were very spacious and comfortable! We had a relatively easy time setting up the wood fired sauna. We would absolutely stay here again

This is a great place if you enjoy peace and quiet. The place is on the lake and has a great view of surrounding during the day and clear skies during to do some stargazing in the night. The place is isolated and that’s add to its charm. Farazdak and other cohosts have maintained the place really well. It’s perfect for a group of 6-8 people. I’d love to plan another trip here during summer and enjoy the lake.

This was our forth year staying at Peter's place. As always it was perfect! It was clean cozy and just beautiful. The lake was warm and a pleasure to swim in. We had fun looking for snakes and other creatures. It is such a wonderful lake house. We look forward to returning next year!

From the very beginning, Tim was extremely attentive and answered all of my questions immediately. I knew what to expect as soon as I walked in. The house fit 2 families and 2 large lazy dogs without feeling cramped. Having water access was amazing, the kids fished all day while the parents enjoyed time on the patio. The kids were able to take kayaks out to fish as well. The water grass made it a little difficult to keep an eye on the kids from the patio area, but not enough to be a problem. The water is very shallow but we were able to park our rented boat (Mac's Boat Rental-super awesome to the kids) without a problem. This house is exactly what we were looking for; private, waterfront and allowed dogs heavier that 20lbs-which is difficult to find. This house was a gem and we will gladly rent again! Thanks Tim!

The place really has a great cottage vibe. It's very quiet with a beautiful view right on the lake. The pizza oven or hot tub are a big plus. Colin & Kayla were very responsive. My friends and I had a great time for our Thanksgiving weekend.

Such a lovely location and beautifully decorated apartment. Enjoyed everything about it from sitting out on the deck watching birds, boats etc to firepits in the evening and walking to the local Tikki Bar for food, beverage and socializing. We found the people in this area to be the friendliest we've come across in our travels. Oh yes and the bed is heaven.

Randa Catherine's apartment is in a great part of town, within easy walking distance of restaurants and shops. Very clear instructions, would recommend for a short stay.

Jeremy’s home is beautiful and I have been booking here for around a month and a half for work! He always asks if I need additional things to make my stay better and is responsive. Right by the water which makes it peaceful. Would recommend to anyone!

Really enjoyed our stay here, the house was well kept and spacious, and the view of the lake was beautiful. Loved being able to sit by the water while using the fire pit. Simona was a great host and super helpful. Would definitely visit again!

Vanessa's place is large and airy. It is in a great location near the water, great restaurants and the university. It worked out perfectly.

Amazing stay experience, clear instructions provided on how to find the place, just a couple of disappointments that the air hockey table was not working and also the WiFi (given that there is hardly network in the cottage), Apart from that we had an amazing experience at the BBQ, bonfire, and also kayak. Lots of games for kids offered as well.

We had a great stay at the cabin. The property was beautiful and there was plenty to do inside and out. The cabin was very comfortable and warm despite cooler temps outside. The availability of EV charging was a bonus. We would definitely return again!

The cottage was an ideal fall retreat. With plenty of firewood provided, we stayed cozy through chilly nights, and the clean barbecue made outdoor meals easy. The lake was calm and beautiful, and we enjoyed peaceful moments on the water with the host’s canoe and kayak. Nearby trails led to excellent lookout points with fantastic views. The night sky was incredibly clear, it felt like we could see the entire galaxy. Christine's parents were also very helpful during our stay, adding a welcoming touch to the experience. This place offered a perfect blend of comfort and nature.

The cabin was bigger than expected. Nice touch of old home and updated appliances. The view is incredible.

My husband and I had a fantastic stay here! We stayed for one week and felt right at home. The view from inside and the backyard is fantastic. We loved making use of the dock, fire pit and hot tub. There was lots of space to sit and relax. Since the cottage is right off the highway just be aware that you can hear the traffic from inside the upstairs bedroom and a bit outside. It wasn’t something that bothered us much. The cottage was very clean and had everything we needed inside including games and a tv which was nice on rainy days. The cottage was also close to Bancroft which was very convenient! The host is very friendly, she did stop in a few times during our stay to check on the outside of the property. She did tell us she’d “be around”, but we didn’t always know what time she would be there which is one thing to note as we’ve never experienced this at an Airbnb. Overall we had a great time here and would recommend this stay to anyone.

Amazing 3-day stay! Perfect, peaceful view with a quiet environment. The lake is beautiful with clean water. The house is in great condition and well-equipped - we enjoyed cooking there. The owners are very nice. Everything we needed was provided. Highly recommend!
