The flat was completely renovated in the fall of 2022. It is part of a larger property that was the historic Weaver Hotel. The space is fully contained and private with a kitchen, bathroom, sitting area, tv area, and bedroom. The space is broken up to have a Great Room, Private Bedroom, and Private Kitchen. The porch is a shared entrance. This unit is located on the first floor.
