Waves for Days is perfectly located next to the Gulf State Park, the Hangout, and all the beach has to offer. This is the ideal spot for couples, families & friends or even a solo retreat. THE CONDO
You will love the easy lifestyle the Waves for Days condo accommodates! You can expect a sparkling clean condo, premium furnishings, quality linens, and a full-service kitchen. The Royal Palms complex offers many amenities including an outdoor pool*, indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, exercise room, snack, cold beverage, and ice vending, BBQ area, outdoor showers, and of course, direct access to the beach.
Living Space: The living space is open concept and features new flooring throughout, a queen sleeper sectional sofa, 70” flat screen TV, sound bar, DVD player, and games for a rainy day. The large sliding glass doors lead out to the balcony where you will fall in love with the sounds of waves crashing on the beach and breathtaking views to include sunrise and sunset! Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony on comfortable Adirondack chairs and rockers or settle in with a favored beverage for sunsets like no other.
Kitchen: Waves for Days has a brand-new chef's kitchen that puts everything at your fingertips and is well stocked with the tools you need to cook a gourmet meal or a quick snack. The kitchen features quartz countertops, new electric appliances, counter stools, pots, pans, bakeware, dishware and utensils. A Keurig dual coffee maker and coffee pot,, toaster, hand mixer, full-size blender, immersion blender, mini-chopper, and multi-cooker are also available for your convenience.
Accommodations: The condo can sleep up to six people and is ideal for one couple / couple with kids. The master bedroom has a king bed and en suite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. There are 2 hallway recessed twin-sized bunks suitable for children and a queen-sized sleeper in the living room. The hall bath features a tub with an overhead shower. Both bathrooms are stocked with freshly laundered towels. Bed linens are provided for all four beds.
Washer and Dryer: Waves for Days has an in-unit, apartment-sized stackable washer/dryer for your convenience. Please bring your preferred detergent and laundry supplies.
Starter Supplies: Included in your rate is a starter supply of two (2) Keurig pods, paper towel, toilet paper (four rolls), two (2) dishwasher tabs, trash bags (2 total), dish soap, and hand soap. Ground coffee, additional Keurig pods, sugar, creamer, shampoo, shower gel, personal care items and beach chairs, umbrella, and beach towels are not provided. During the season, beach chairs and umbrellas can be rented through a third party.
On-Site Amenity Access: You will enjoy full access to the Royal Palms complex as well as common areas such as the outdoor and indoor pools, hot tub, sauna, steam room, exercise room, vending, BBQ grill/picnic area and outside showers. Building guests may access cold beverage and snack vending, tourism brochures, a workout area, sauna, steam room, and additional restrooms and a shower on the second floor by using a unique key code provided prior to check-in. This same key code is required to access both pools.
Beach: Be sure to bring your own beach chairs, towels and water toys. There is an open access storage room near the elevators to store your beach chairs and water toys. Please keep in mind this area is not secure. You can also rent chairs and umbrellas right on the beach in season from a third party. Outdoor showers are available to please rinse the sand off your toys, chairs, and feet before returning to Waves for Days.
Parking: We must purchase a parking pass for each car parked on property. You may park up to two cars during your stay in the Royal Palms parking. We’ve included the first pass within your rental so no additional fee will be charged. A second pass can be made available for an additional fee. Please let us know IN ADVANCE if you would like to purchase a second pass so one can be left for you. They cannot be purchased on property. Royal Palms does not allow RVs, campers or trailers in the parking lot.
*Additional special event parking fees will be charged separately after booking. e.g. the large music festival in May requires a special parking pass made available for an additional fee.
You will need to display a Guest Registration Certificate (aka Parking Pass) inside your vehicle. You will find your parking certificate on the kitchen counter upon check-in. If there is a security guard at the parking lot entrance, let them know your pass is inside the condo and will be displayed once retrieved.
No Smoking: Royal Palms is a non-smoking property. Smoking and vaping of any kind is not permitted inside the condo, on the balcony, or in common areas with exception of the BBQ area. Violation subject to eviction with no refund.
Snow Birds: If you are interested in a long term rental, please message us for special rates. A new parking pass must be purchased for each month of stay.
Check-In: 3:00pm - 8:00pm.
Check Out: 10:00am (Due to the cleaning company schedule, we are not able to offer a late check out.)
Long term stays (28 days or more) are allowed. Guests must be a minimum of 25 years old. If parents reserve, they must check in and occupy the condo with their children during the entire rental period. Failure to do this will result in eviction of the unaccompanied youth and forfeiture of all payments. Any reservation made under false pretenses will result in forfeiture of advance payment and the party will not be permitted to check-in.
Pool hours are 9am - 10pm. Quiet hours are 10pm - 8am Bath towels and bed linens are provided. Bath towels should not be removed from the condo. Bring your own beach towels. There is no daily housekeeping or personal care items provided. No glass containers in pools, on the beach or common areas. No food or beverages in the pool. Loud music on balconies, common areas and pools is prohibited. No drones are allowed on the property. No towels, swimsuits or other items may be hung from the balcony. No Pets: While you may see a dog with an owner, pets are not permitted by guests.
All vehicles must have a parking certificate. Parking fees are included in the cleaning fee. Additional fees apply during special event periods. No boats, campers, trailers or RVs are allowed. Please display the parking certificate in your vehicle. Failure to do so, could result in the towing of the vehicle at the vehicle owner's expense. Music Festival Fest Glitter Rule - please use glitter outside of the building or you may be liable for additional cleaning fees, loss of deposit or both.
Brief access to the condo will be required on the first Wednesday of the month for routine pest prevention service. You are not required to be present. Unit owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities.
By completing this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from accident, injury, illness and loss of personal belongings or valuables, and their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.

Guest access
You will have access to the entire condo as well as common area spaces within the Royal Palms complex. Access to the condo begins at 3PM on the day of arrival until 10AM on the date of check-out. The cleaning team needs access between 10AM and 3PM to turn the unit.
Royal Palms is right on the beach/gulf (not across the street) with a private boardwalk to the beach and outdoor shower.
