Fabulous two bedroom flat with amazing direct sea views. A really lovely bright and colourful living space. Flexible bedroom arrangement to suit couples, families or friend groups. Fully equipped with dishwasher and washing machine in the kitchen and all linen and towels provided.

The space
Both bedrooms have hotel-standard zip and link beds which can be made up as two singles or as a super king double. Perfect for families, couples or a group of friends.

The living space has a fully-fitted complete kitchen, dining area in the bay window and a colourful seating area with TV. You may prefer just to sit and look at the view though!

Guest access
Access to the flat is via a short flight of external steps to the front door of the property but the flat itself is on the ground floor so no internal stairs. Probably not suitable for those using a wheelchair but mums and dads with a pushchair would manage.

There is plenty of free parking on the roads outside the flat.

Neighborhood highlights

The flat is located opposite the beautiful Walpole Bay with its unique tidal pool. It is a short 15 min walk away from Margate old-town with it's fantastic array of quirky shops, cafes and restaurants. Not forgetting the magnificent sandy beach. In fact beach-lovers are well catered for here as there are many beaches in both directions from the flat, all with their own character and interest.
Cliftonville's Northdown Road is a 5 minute walk and has a good selection of artisan shops alongside more everyday chemists, hardware stores and newsagents. There's lots of independently-owned places to eat or have coffee but there is also a Tesco and Aldi nearby to stock-up on essentials.

Don’t come to Margate expecting a chocolate-box seaside town, if this is what you’re looking for go to Whistable. Margate is romantic but rough around the edges, interesting and edgy, gentrified and deprived, proud and pungent (that’ll be the seaweed), on-the-up yet not forgetting it’s humble roots.
