This is a private cabin with 2 free parking spaces. It has a terrific location on the small lake with a river/brook in the back yard that is family friendly. The private patio in the back has incredible views of Mountains, Hiking Trails, Fishing and an array of wild life. The club house has everything you need! 2 hot tubs, indoor pool, biz center, workout facility, massive arcade center with games for the whole family, and so much more! We can't wait to host you!

Other things to note
Extremely convenient location with fast access to everything inside the gated community and very close to Breckenridge and Frisco. Full club house access with all the amenities: Indoor pool, 2 hot tubs, laundry room, gym, business center, and game room. Take the free public shuttle into town, by simply walking out the complex and to the main road on Highway 9. It drops you right into Breckenridge for convenience!
