The space
Bedroom includes a Queen Tuft & Needle Mint mattress, Casaluna Pima cotton sheets, cozy duvet blanket, and a noise machine for those that want it (there is a wandering rooster in the neighborhood).

Features REMOTE WORKSPACE with large sit/stand desk, external monitor, keyboard and mouse.

Kitchen equipped with all the essentials, including a pour over coffee system or small drip machine.

Living room TV uses Amazon Fire Cube and will give you access to Netflix, Hulu, etc. Feel free to use and enjoy the BT sound system.

There are four pools throughout this small complex, one just steps from the patio. Note: Pools are not heated, but are generally warm enough for swimming from May-Sept (may be comfortable for a longer window depending on weather and your personal tolerance).

You will have full access to the full home and private patio, along with access to the four shared pools on property and covered parking.

Neighborhood highlights

We are located in a very small and charming Spanish single-level condo community in the Arcadia Lite area. Surrounding neighborhood is known for the best local restaurants and breweries in town! Easy access to the 51 and the 202 make this a great central location to get anywhere in the valley. Just 15 minutes from old town Scottsdale, Mill Ave, Uptown, Downtown, or the Melrose district!

Note: there is a wandering rooster in the neighborhood that may or may not be around during your stay. We provide a noise machine in the bedroom for your convenience.
