The cozy cottage is located directly on the edge of the forest in the beautiful Volcanic Eifel, near Lake Kronenburg. It is located on the edge of a small idyllic vacation home settlement, which consists exclusively of single-family houses (A-frame). With much love, the house was completely renovated and newly designed.
Surrounded by many hiking trails and beautiful nature, it offers the ideal starting point discovering the beauty of the Eifel with its numerous sights.

The space
The single-family house is beautifully located on an approx. 600 sqm property directly on the edge of the wall.

The first floor is characterized by an open and light-flooded living concept. Here is the living room with a cozy sofa corner, smart TV and a pellet stove that provides additional heating for cozy warmth on cold days. An open and newly designed kitchen area offers every comfort, such as a dishwasher, induction cooktop, convection oven, refrigerator, coffee machine (Senseo & filter), etc., and is fully equipped. Due to the hillside location of the house, the very spacious balcony with gas grill and dining area is also on the ground floor. You will also find the new bathroom with floor heating, shower, sink and toilet on this floor.

A small staircase leads to the two individually furnished bedrooms. Both bedrooms have a double bed (160 × 200 cm) and are equipped with blackout options, as well as insect screens on the windows. Both bedrooms offer a beautiful view directly onto the adjacent forest.

Shopping facilities can be found in after a five-minute drive (Aldi SÜD, EDEKA, REWE, LIDL, Rossmann as well as various bakeries). In the directly adjacent town of Stadtkyll there are numerous restaurants with indoor and outdoor dining, ice cream parlors and other shops.

The entire house and balcony have Wi-Fi with high-speed internet flat rate (approx. 150-200 Mbps/sec.). The modern smart TV can play Netflix, Prime Video, SkyTicket, Disney+, etc. via guests' login.
