The space
The well-appointed kitchen in the open-concept layout includes top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, exquisite countertops, a coffee maker for caffeine enthusiasts, and all the gourmet essentials for the discerning chef. On the main level, discover the master suite with oversized windows, providing enchanting forest views. Guests of Summit Sky Ranch have access to a variety of Summit Sky amenities including private hiking trails, private fishing waters, Aspen House and our Lake House. The Aspen House amenities include an outdoor heated pool, two hot tubs, a fitness center, a wellness room, a Ping-Pong table, a community gathering area with local tap beer and wine available and an outdoor fire pit. The Lake House amenities include a fire pit, 2 Grills, and 2 hot tubs nestled right on the spring-fed Lake Everist for fishing , kayaking and SUP'ing.

❗There will be a fee of $100 for stays that are 5 days and above for guest intending to use Summit Sky Amenities.

Outside of the amenities available to you at Summit Sky Ranch, you can also enjoy several top ski resorts a short distance away, cross-country skiing with free groomed trails, sledding, snowshoeing trails, ice skating, mountain biking trails, stand-up paddle boarding, kayaking, and sailing on Lake Dillon. There are also some fine shops and restaurants in Silverthorne, Frisco, Breckenridge, Keystone, and Dillon waiting for you to explore.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
