Large house in a condominium, a 9-minute walk to R. das Pedras and 15 minutes to Foca and Forno beaches. On the ground floor: large living room integrated with the dining room and reversible bedroom, social WC and air-conditioned en-suite. Large kitchen with all utensils and table. On the upper floor are two en-suites with air-conditioned glass balconies and ceiling fans. Private barbecue area, laundry room and backyard that gives access to the condominium's leisure area, where the pool, sauna and game room are shared.
The space
The entire home is available for guest use! Except for a balcony dispensation and shared barbecue in the pool area of the Condominio!

- 5 km from Geribá Beach.
Attention:
- Groups of guests under the age of 25, reservation of the house only, with father and mother, responsible with the house, or in some cases, with the hiring of the employee of the house every day, pays the part!
* For your barbecue tb we have a private barbecue grill in the back yard of the house;
* The pool of the condominium for common use of the other houses ,being opened until 9 pm;
* The sauna is temporarily in maintenance
* The pool barbecue can be booked more to use paid if a fee;
* The house comfortably accommodates UP TO 12 adults, DO NOT EXCEED THIS NUMBER, CONDOMINIUM RULES!
* We have 3 suites and a reversible room room, all with air-conditioning; and a ceiling fan;

- Suite 3- with a double bed and a single bi-bed;
- Reversible room 4- with a double-bed sofa and a single bi-bed;
* In addition to two single single mattresses;
* We have 4 car spaces inside the condo.
Guest access
The entire house and common area of the condominium (CONDOMINIO VIVENDAS) will be freely accessible to guests;
The leisure area can be accessed from the back of the yard, where the swimming pool, sauna, game room and a small grove are located (the pool barbecue is charged separately);
* THE HOUSE IS 750m FROM RUA DAS PEDRAS (ON FOOT), 5 KM FROM GERIBA BEACH.
* Bed and bath linens are optional. You can bring your own to avoid paying this fee of R$35.00 per person;
* Do not use white towels to remove makeup. There is a fee of R$20.00 PER STAINED ITEM;
* We ask that you check out with the hosts and leave your dishes washed and trash removed, or there will be a fee of R$150.00
(we have a housekeeper to recommend);
* Electricity is charged separately at check-out according to consumption at R$1.00 per kW/h. A deposit of R$200.00 per day will be charged, minus electricity and possible damages, paid 24 hours before check-in and returned within 24 hours after check-out;
* Check-in after 3 p.m. until 8 p.m. and check-out by 11 a.m. There is an extra fee per hour and period that you wish to change, according to the current daily rate;
* Enter the correct number of adult guests, pets, children, and babies in the inquiry. Please do not exceed the number of guests for which the house was booked, or there will be a fine of R$200.00 per extra guest per day or the reservation will be canceled.
* We are on social media as Experiência em Búzios, and this house is number 2 in the featured listings, but in the condominium, it is house 11;
* Pets cannot go in the swimming pool or walk around the condominium without a leash. There is a R$200.00 fine;
Small, neutered, and trained pets are allowed.
* Parties with loud music and smoking inside the house are not allowed, as this is a family condominium with houses very close to each other.
Music is allowed at a moderate volume from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. (do not take speakers to the pool or glass objects);
* After booking, send a list of guests with their CPF numbers and license plates. Any visitor must be reported to the entrance gate, leaving their name on the entry list in advance and also notifying their departure!
During the high season in Búzios, interruptions in the supply of water and power are common. In these cases, we may hire a water tanker for the water supply, and the cost will be passed on to the guest, except when the situation is the responsibility of the property. We would also like to inform you that we do not have a power generator; therefore, in the event of a power outage due to Enel supply problems, we will not be able to offer an immediate solution.

1- The use of the washing machine is allowed;
2- We offer bed and bath linens, with a laundry fee of R$35.00 per person, in case of exchange value charged again;
3- ATTENTION IS NOT allowed the use of speakers and glasses or glassware near the pool;
4- Do not use more than two showers at the same time and do not pull discharge during use so as not to get burned in the bath.
5- DO NOT THROW TOILET PAPER IN THE TOILET, THE SEWAGE NETWORK DOES NOT SUPPORT OCCURRING CLOGS;
6- The grill of the condominium is charged separately, BUT WE HAVE the PRIVATE HOUSE, DO NOT LEAVE FOOD LEFTOVERS AFTER USE, TO AVOID ANIMALS SUCH AS GAMBA;
7- Control the expenditure of water so that they do not run out of supply;
8- Do not smoke inside the house; fine of R$500.00;
9- Light is measured together with the host at its entrance and exit from the house, being 1.00 the watt consumed. We ask for a security deposit of R$200.00 per day to cover minor damage and electricity costs, and the difference will be refunded 24 hours after check-out if it does not exceed this amount or if extra consumption is charged;
10- Do not exceed the agreed limit of guests (R$150,00 fine);
11- Check in 15h and Check out until 11am, hourly rate according to the daily rate of the day to late or advance;
City 12- In the event that any household utensils are lost or broken, you will be charged the amount of the same at the departure of the hosts after check-out or on airbnb, check values;

14- We ask pets not to climb on the beds and sofas, or to wear a blanket over the furniture and use a guide in the condominium. R$100.00 per animal.

15- High sound allowed only until 10:00 pm and after 10:00 am, RESPECT TIME, very close neighboring houses, subject to condominium fines;
16- We ask you to check out with the hosts and leave your dishes washed and garbage removed or fee R$150.00

19- No parties allowed in the house!
