Excellent location, the view is beautiful! The house is very large, good rooms, it is very high from the street we are a little worried about the children but removing this does not leave to be desired at all, large balcony, good pool, lawn. The householders are very attentive and polite, they cook well. Marlene also very attentive and answers any questions quickly.

The house is wonderful and very well located. We walked to the stone street every 4 days we were there. Facing the beach of João Fernandes is very close to Azeda and João Fernandinho. The house was very neat and clean from our arrival. All house utensils and amenities work perfectly. The house is very well equipped, in addition to lending us various beach items, such as cooler, cart, chairs, parasol. For those traveling with a small car, you won't have to worry about taking any of this. Outside this, host Solange was super kind and gave clear instructions for the checkin. And Lene, who received us with great sympathy, was extremely helpful, giving us tips, delivery contacts, market. I will definitely return.

I stayed a weekend in this house to celebrate a friend's bachelorette party. Sergio was super prompt and helpful. We were able to negotiate an early check in on Friday, so we could work from there with peace of mind. The internet worked super well. We were 8 women and the place was great (2/bedroom). Another high point was the privacy, I felt safe in the house. The house has everything it offers in the listing, in addition to internal parking for 2-3 cars (it will depend on the size of the cars, with us fit 3). Although the address is confusing (due to the crazy Buzios, the address of the house can have 3 names of different streets haha), Sergio helped us by sending the location and it was super quiet to find the salmon house:) Geriba beach is +- 7 min walking. And to close, we asked for a cook referral and Sergio referred us to the wonderful Priscila to support us with lunch and cleaning for Saturday. She cooked well and was super friendly! I recommend the house!

Wonderful house with amazing amenities. Felt right at home at Marcelo‘s place. Great equipment and amenities all over: dishwasher, kitchenware, bbq grill, jacuzzi, sauna, TV‘s. It was very clean and all the rooms were prisitine and well designed. Would always recommend it

Maggie's home is excellent. Well spacious, clean and good location. The surroundings are very quiet and safe. Dona Maggie is always very agile in answering questions and solving problems. It was excellent to spend a weekend in this loft, as well as being very close to Rua das Pedras, it was an extremely comfortable place to relax. The loft has usual utensils and a cozy space.

We really enjoyed our stay. The impeccable resort structure, the pool, the garden, all very beautiful and well-maintained. Quiet place, away from the places where there are more people, and consequently more turmoil . Gorgeous view, very comfortable apartment, spacious, air-conditioned rooms, everything well cleaned, and the fully equipped kitchen. The only thing I advise to look at is the period of winds, because we have to cross the dunes to use the beach in front of the apartment, the wind raises the sand and ended up hurting and bringing discomfort, especially for those with the same child was my case, the sand fell in the eyes and generated a bit of stress, but nothing that had prevented from enjoying the beach, it's just an observation. Felipe met all requests quickly and was a good host. We would definitely come back. We really enjoyed it. We were in 6 adults and 3 children, everyone loved it.

I loved my stay at Danuza's place, the house was super beautiful and tidy, my family and I were delighted with the house that is super functional and the best, close to the mall and to several restaurants and bars. We will definitely be back.

She is solicitous, is always available for any need, received me very well and offered me everything I needed to make my stay of the best. I had a fantastic stay! The location was perfect—just a couple of blocks from the beach and close to the center of Búzios, which made everything super convenient. The place was exactly as described—really nice, clean, and comfortable. The host was incredibly responsive and kind, making the experience even better. About apartment, only compliments, super well equipped, new refrigerator working very well, glass, glasses, xicaras, dishes, everything I needed from the kitchen had and in perfect conditions of use, the rooms are excellent, large, airy, good mattress, clean and good bedding, good bathrooms, good bathrooms, good shower with pressure and hot water, as it was very hot, I only used it on ice cream, but those who like hot bnaho, will have a good shower. Cozy room, TV with Disney, Netflix and other channels, as well as having wi-fi internet. It has a 24-hour parking and concierge. Amei, spectacular cost-benefit. I traveled with my family, husband, daughter and I am pregnant, I felt at home. I recommend and have already saved as a reference for return! it is worth it. Family, cozy and safe environment.

A Prainha is the best place to stay in Arraial, in my opinion. Mar with tranquil waves, good strip of sand to walk and stay. Débora's apartment is very close to the beach, less than 3 minutes. The condominium is safe, clean and organized. The apartment has a beautiful beach view, is very comfortable, air conditioning, fan, full kitchen, washing machine and hair dryer. Bed linens accessible to each other. If you are looking for something comfortable, clean, safe and close to Prainha, you have found the perfect apartment. you will need to travel by car just to go to the supermarket or pharmacy.

The house is great, accommodates well, everything clean and well taken care of. The kitchen has all the items and the barbecue area is very good, the condominium is very well taken care and the caretaker is super attentive and helpful.

Excellent accommodation, as described, full kitchen, well-equipped and pleasant leisure area. Heated Pool in the house (on the hottest days, it can be a "problem" because the heating is solar and has no way to turn off; for the "cooler" days with sunshine, it should be great). Pleasant pool in the condominium, tennis court.. near bakery, near beach (without infra), away from the turmoil..They were great days. Dica - pay CLOSE attention to the house rules. For example, it is not possible to pay pro rata for guests/guests who will not stay for the entire period. If you are staying for 10 days, but during the weekend only, friends or children want to go...will need to pay for 10 days, until it is not possible to update the guest list during the stay; and if you bring a pet, it needs to count/pay as a "human" guest. But these rules were clearly described, and I did not pay attention (I only listened after confirming...and the reservation is non-refundable). Would stay again!

Very good house, spacious, clean, large living room, large bedrooms, very beautiful house, instructions all very clear. We heard some skunks on the roof but nothing that was a problem, as it is common in the area. Clean and nice swimming pool and grills as well. One of the best stays I've ever had, an easily accessible place to the bust centre.

We had a lovely family stay at Isa and Richard's! We were greeted by Jussara, friendly and who took the time to introduce us to the functioning of the house. The house is very well equipped, a short walk to the beach, a superb pool! We were 5 of us, with 3 toddlers, who felt at home. A great stay and we now know where to come back! 😃
