Recently refreshed externally for Summer 2026, Vivenda Oceanis is a spacious two-bedroom apartment within the exclusive Reserva da Luz estate, just a 15-minute walk from Praia da Luz beach and village. Combining spectacular views, generous outdoor space and a tranquil setting, it is the perfect retreat for couples and families looking to unwind.
The apartment
The apartment offers spacious and comfortable accommodation for up to four guests.
Inside, you'll find two well-appointed bedrooms, including a master bedroom with a UK king-size bed and a second double bedroom. There are two bathrooms, one featuring both a bath and shower.
The bright living and dining area opens directly onto the apartment's standout feature – a large terrace with uninterrupted ocean views stretching across the Atlantic. With space to dine, relax and watch the sunset, it quickly becomes the heart of every stay.
Sliding glass screens provide shelter when needed, allowing the terrace to be enjoyed throughout the year.
The master bedroom also benefits from its own private terrace overlooking the gardens, enjoying sunshine from morning until evening and offering a peaceful place to sunbathe/unwind with a book or morning coffee.
Fresh bed linen, towels and professional cleaning are provided for every stay.
Outdoor living and pool
One of the things guests love most about Vivenda Oceanis is the sense of space and tranquillity.
Guests have access to a large, beautifully maintained swimming pool shared by just six apartments and one villa. Unlike many larger Algarve developments, the pool area remains peaceful and uncrowded for much of the year, providing a relaxed setting to enjoy the sunshine.
The generous terraces offer sunshine throughout the day and plenty of space for outdoor dining, reading, entertaining or simply soaking up the stunning coastal views.
Location
Vivenda Oceanis is located within the prestigious Reserva da Luz estate, a quiet residential setting overlooking the coastline.
Praia da Luz beach, restaurants, cafés and local shops are approximately a 15-minute walk or a four-minute drive away. The village combines a relaxed atmosphere with excellent amenities, making it one of the Algarve's most sought-after destinations.

Praia da Luz is renowned for its wide sandy beach, calm waters and family-friendly atmosphere.
The dramatic western Algarve coastline is on your doorstep, with beautiful nearby beaches including Zavial, Ingrina and Praia do Amado all within easy driving distance. The area is ideal for coastal walks, swimming, surfing, paddleboarding and exploring hidden coves.
Golf
Several of the Algarve's finest golf courses are nearby, including Palmares Golf Resort and Boavista Golf & Spa Resort, both offering exceptional facilities and spectacular scenery.
Family-friendly holidays
Praia da Luz is a wonderful destination for families, with safe beaches, calm waters and plenty of activities nearby. Guests can enjoy dolphin-watching trips, boat excursions, water parks, Zoo de Lagos and the historic streets of nearby Lagos.
Getting around
Many guests enjoy staying at Vivenda Oceanis without a car, with the beach, restaurants and village all within walking distance. For those wishing to explore further afield, car hire is recommended and provides easy access to the Algarve's spectacular coastline, golf courses and traditional towns.
Supermarkets, grocery deliveries, uber/taxis and food delivery services are all readily available in the area
Guest access
Guests have access to the front terrace down the steps from the parking area (by the back and front door) and the private rear terrace which wraps around the rear of the property overlooking the ocean. The terrace overlooking pool and ocean has a small gate which should bd kept closed. The gate leads down some steps to the large solar heated shared pool and more steps to a shared garden.
The pool is quite deep so young children/poor swimmers must be supervised at all times.
We only put the pool cover on during cooler months as it can easily broken if not retracted properly. The pool man comes twice a week to top up chemicals, as does the gardener.
