You can run your dogs on the acreage (if well behaved). It is pig wire fencing and medium maintenance done.
Little dogs can hop through, which isn't permitted onto the neighbours property.

**For your convenience you will find clothes airer/clothes basket/iron & ironing blanket/pegs/washing liquid. If you require a larger hanging line you may use one in the main house yard. For a large washing load there is a laundromat in Taree at very reasonable rates;

**All areas are available and comfortable for those not bringing a dog.
**Whilst we are dog friendly, if dogs aren't your scene & I understand that, please be assured our professional cleaners leave no traces of the 4 footed guests;
**Weather you are bringing a doggie or not, relax in the exercise yard at 2 different locations of comfy cushions pull out chairs/coffee tables and sit and watch the mountain views with a drink or a meal.

**B&B is in a separate private area on the property, across from the main house.
**Parking outside guest entrance.
**Doors unlocked, key hanging behind main door.
Other things to note
**Great stopover if travelling through, particularly if you have dogs and/or horses.
**Approx 25mins from A1 highway.
**Refer to great facilities for dogs.
**If passing through with horse/s, overnight stable/shelter or paddock accommodation is available. Please discuss fees.
Will also feed (your feed or fee for my feed) if you are not available to feed your stock. Maybe you are rushing off to a meeting, wedding, or dinner in town or just want to have a little break;
**Wingham is a medium country town 5 minutes drive from property.
Dr's, coles/organic s'market, massage, chemist, antiques, cafes, clubs, takeaway, pizza, vet, produce, misc stores, mechanics;
****Please note, recent May 2025 floods in Wingham and Taree have caused significant damage to both towns.
Sadly Wingham Bite bridge is no longer operational, could be a few years before it is replaced.
So arrive at Wingham via Burrell Creek or Taree.
Wingham Coles has been revamped since the floods and now open.
Or, if coming via Taree, stop there for WW, Coles, Aldi
**Railway meet; complimentary pick up/drop off at Wingham station if backpacking or have no transport.
**Fresh milk supplied (if confirmed 2 days prior to arrival), baked beans/spaghetti, condiments supplied.
**Will supply bread/spread if required and request 2 days prior to arrival.
**Will do short term stays, see info.
** If selling/purchasing a new home and require a longer stay period (over 7 days) or for whatever reason, we offer accommodation during settlement/whatever reason at super special rates.

**HOWEVER, PLEASE NOTE..
**Because this is such a low rate, in consideration of your situation and mine, Flexible Refund conditions will not apply at this time.
**A full refund of outstanding days is unlikely to be granted if your circumstances change after booking and paying and have stayed 7 days or more.
A small portion refund may/may not be granted, depending on length of booking time of year, etc.
