The space
Charming apartment in the heart of Príncipe Real. It has two bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is on the first floor of a renovated traditional Lisbon building, and is sun facing throughout most of the day. It is decorated in a vintage and retro style. The apartment is 70 sqm and holds two double bedrooms – one of them with a balcony; a spacious living room with TV and a couch that also turns into a bed, one bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, microwave, fridge, Nespresso machine and dishwasher. There is also a private rear garden! The Wi-fi is free!
Located in the heart of Principe Real neirborhood (named "Royal Prince" in honor of Queen Maria II's first born) extends north of Bairro Alto. Principe real is Lisbon's current hip strip. It oozes a contemporary-Berlin-meets-Barcelona-in-the-nineties kind of cool.
The flat is on the first floor of a charming and renovated traditional Lisbon building, and is sun facing throughout most of the day. It is elegantly decorated, fully furnished and equipped with all the mod-cons, and also benefits from a wonderful private rear garden where you can enjoy the sun and al fresco meals.
Decorated in a vintage and retro style. The furniture and objects used were carefully selected from Portuguese designers and brands from the 50's and 70's like Olaio, Secla and Bordallo Pinheiro. The kitchen floor is decorated with traditional Portuguese tiles and apartment's walls are covered with vintage posters from major events held is Lisbon!
The apartment is spacious with 70 sqm, offers 2 bedrooms (one with a balcony) with double beds; a living room with sofa bed; one bathroom and a kitchen fully equipped with washing machine, microwaves, fridge, coffee machine, dishwasher and TV.
It can accommodate up to 5 persons and has all the appliances for long and short stays, with the possiblity of one baby bed (please ask for it).
Cleaning is made before the arrivals and is included in the price. Beds will be made with fresh linen and we will provide one set of towels per guest.
Free wifi throughout the house.
Guest access
You will be able to enjoy the whole apartment exclusively throughout your stay with access to the building's garden.
Other things to note
Due to portuguese law in place, we need to:
- Charge a tourism tax of 2 Euro per person/per night that applies to all guest above 13 years old per night with a maximum of 14 euros/person/stay
- Record the entry, exit, and identification details of all non-Portuguese nationals who use paid holiday accommodation. and it is mandatory to provide them the following fields for all guests:
