Villa Stemma is 70 m2 and is located in a quiet compound of 4 villas.
- A communal pool of 35 sq.m. shared by the 4 villas.
- Full furnished kitchen with refrigerator, dish washer, electric stove,microwave oven, coffee maker etc.
- Living room with A/C , smart TV, couch and dining table.
- One bedroom with A/C, double bed and big storage space.
- One bedroom with A/C, 2 single beds and big storage space.
- One bathroom with a shower and washing machine.
- A pool view veranda with a porch swing, sunbeds and a big umbrella
- Free WiFi.
- 2 additionall guests can sleep on the living room ,the couch can be turned into a comfortable double bed.
- The property has double glazing windows and mosquito nets.
