The villa is a place to relax and enjoy their stay but without being too far away from civilization.
Villa Lamar can accommodate up to 8 guests with a private 15m infinity pool that is heated for May, September and October.
Villa Lamar also has a Jacuzzi built into the swimming pool which is available 24 hrs a day.
Every room has free air conditioning and smart tv's.

The space
Villa Lamar has been built to a very high standard and can accommodate most your needs.
The main living area is spacious and very comfortable with a large smart TV, comfortable seating, which is fully air conditioned so you can relax when it gets too hot outside.
The kitchen area has all the necessary equipment to be able to cook your food as well as for a dinner party if needed.
Free wifi throughout the villa and smart TV's. Private off road parking, outside BBQ area.
Villa Lamar has a large infinity pool which is heated for the months of May, September and October. The pool also has a built in Jacuzzi so you can sit there and relax while enjoying the breathtaking views.

Other things to note
Due to Villa Lamar location it is recommended that hire a car to get around to enjoy Zakynthos and all that it has to offer. There are bus stops as-well as many taxi's in the Limni Keri that can be called, and they can pick you up, or we can arrange car hire, chauffeur driven cars, mini buses etc for you prior to your arrival. There are many trails and treks around if you are willing to exert yourself. All treks and trails are detailed on a map at the villa or on request

Neighborhood highlights

The area of Marathias is mainly countryside with plenty of trails and treks for those who like to go for a walk. At the bottom of the road there is Votsalo Taverna, which is very popular and comes highly recommended. Also In the nearby Resort of Limni Keri (10 mins by car) there are some very popular tavernas and restaurants overlooking the beach and harbor. In the resort there are also coffee shops, bars, supermarkets, bakery and gift shops. The main resort in Zante, Laganas (Party Resort) is 30 minutes away by car/ taxi.
