Welcome to our holiday home in Benissa.
My mom and I love to stay out here in the winter to visit our friends and work from home. We are happy to share VILLA KAASA with you, your friends & family. Enjoy the beautiful view over the mountains of Bernia and take a swim in our large private pool. You can stroll through the center of Moraira or Benissa in less than 10min by car or enjoy the sea and beautiful beaches of the Costa Blanca.

The space
VILLA KAASA is a 140 sqm house with 3 beautiful designed bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, shower & bathtub, a big dining room with a stunning window front and a cozy living area and kitchen. You can enjoy a big private pool outside and watch the sunset from the terrace or host your own BBQ in the seating area. VILLA KAASA also has about 200 sqm orchard filled with mature citrus trees.

VILLA KAASA has gas heating and is equipped with air conditioning units in the living room and the two large bedrooms - the "fish room" has no air conditioning, only a fan. The house was built in the 70s and was lovingly renovated in 2020.
