This fantastic villa has 6 double bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, 2 dining rooms, a large swimming pool, summer kitchen, stone barbecue, open air shower by the pool, 5th bathroom is a shower room (accessed from outside) and several sun or shade seating areas to choose from.

It's an oasis of peace and privacy in an area of an exceptionally beautiful natural environment, with clean air and yet short (but spectacular) ride to Gandia Old City & Playa de Gandia with the bubbly lifestyle typical for a lively seaside resort.

Guest access
You have access to everything in the house and on the site, except two spaces, the garage and 1 of the 2 dressers in the dining room upstairs - these are used for storing personal belongings of the owners.

Also due to safety risks (especially for guests with young children) the space under the swimming pool (where all machines & pump installations are located) only accessible to staff who maintains & cleans the swimming pool.

Ideally located just a 15 minute drive to the golden sandy Mediterranean beaches of Gandia and approximately 45/50 minutes to Valencia city.

The villa is located in desirable residential area of La Drova and benefits from a beautiful 360 degree breathtaking panoramic view of the surrounding mountains. This area is renowned for its cycling and walking trails, ideal for walkers and cyclists, if you love mountains and nature then you will love La Drova.
An easy 10/15 minute walk or a 5 minute bike ride on a flat road takes you to the traditional Spanish village of Barx with everything you need for day to day living including bars, restaurants, bodega, 2 supermarkets, 3 butchers, 2 bakers, post office, town hall tourist office, doctor, dentist, plus a small weekly market.

The location is served by 2 international airports, Alicante which is a 75 minute drive away and Valencia airport which is approximately a 45/50 minute drive away. You can take a train from Gandia town into the heart of Valencia (approximately 45 minutes by train), and outside the train station, hop on the metro straight to the Valencia airport terminal, so excellent transport links.

The villa is only a 15 minute drive from the historic town of Gandia, with many top quality shops and supermarkets, bars and restaurants. A must: visit the old Borgia Palace, the cultural center with many live music events and the theatre. Saturday is Market Day. There is a small golf course at Grau de Gandia. 2 out of town shopping centers within 10 minutes drive with major brand shops and many more bars and restaurants etc.

Playa De Gandia (beach area) is a 12km blue flag sandy beach with many shops, bars and restaurants along the promenade, night market and a harbor and marina with daily ferry services to Ibiza, Palma de Mallorca and Palma de Menorca.

Inland is the old town of Xativa and the castle that was once the home of the Lords of Gandia and the Pope.

It takes 20/25 minutes to the old town of Oliva and Oliva Playa, the castle and the Friday market. The Oliva Nova Golf is nearby, designed by Seve Ballesteros and La Galiana, one of the most beautiful golf courses in Europe, is only a 20 minute drive away. Karting, horse riding, sailing, kite surfing all possible in the area.
