This modern 3-bedroom, single-storey villa is designed with a sleek minimalist style, featuring bright all-white interiors and a peaceful atmosphere. Two of the bedrooms face the private pool, while the enclosed kitchen, dining, and living area with a Smart TV offers a comfortable space to relax together in any weather.

Private parking lot enough for 1 car or several motorbikes.

3KM away from Batu Bolong beach

Housekeeper is provided 3 times a week. Linen & towels are replaced every 7 days. Extra bed and babycots are available for extra charge (rental from vendor).

For long term guests:
- Cleaning is provided two times a week
- Pool cleaning & gardener is provided every week
- Exclude supplies and electricity
