This is one of the few places in the area with a pool.
A luxurious 3 bedroom villa that promises a stay that you’ll never forget!! Welcome to Villa 861 - a newly built luxury villa in Casa Linda.

The space
This immaculate and spacious villa has 3 large bedrooms, each with it's own en-suite. The Master bedroom is extraordinarily spacious with a king size bed and master bath. The two other bedrooms are located outside of the main villa, each with a Queen size bed and ensuite washroom.

Each bedroom has its own individual air conditioner with tv, internet and wi-fi. The oversized living room and kitchen are great for inside entertaining, also offering a brand new AC unit..
The kitchen is tastefully equipped with new top of the line modern appliances.

A large private pool can be enjoyed well into the evening or better yet, enjoy a tasty BBQ with a relaxing breeze.

With such a beautiful villa, it sometimes becomes difficult to get to the beach and to the downtown area only minutes away. I can help arrange for a personal chefs, drivers, pool-side massages, outdoor outings to the beach, secure trips to the supermarket, etc.

Hello, I recently moved to the Dominican Republic with my family from Toronto. With the craziness of city-living, we wanted to slow life down. Well we certainly got what we asked for in this beautiful island. Sosua/Cabarete have so much to offer and we're experiencing it fully year-round!!
