House vacation rentals in Sosúa

It was a very nice house. We loved it ! Beautiful house. The only downside is there is no privacy. Pool is in the front entrance & the security guard sits right in front of the home and can see everything in and out. But besides that we loved it! Kitchen has all utilities needed & bedrooms as well. Slept like babies.

Ariel was a absolute great Host. He was there when we arrived to welcome us into his home, gave us a tour of his casa and if we needed anything he responded quickly and took care of it immediately. The home is beautiful, beds are comfortable, wifi is really fast, A/c in rooms gets really cold, Jacuzzi in master bedroom, The chef was amazing, we ate lavishly. Money well spent. we are AirBnB veterans with 20+ visits to Cabarete and had a great experience at Pierre's villa. It is a lovely house with beautiful private grounds and a wonderful private pool. Maintenance was outstanding. Check in and out services excellent. AC in bedrooms was super cold. We stayed 1 week used 1 bedroom and did not use our entire electricity allowance. Everything you need to cook and prepare food and drinks. Really appreciated the extra 5 gallons of drinking water and the coffee, fruit and cold beer waiting for us on arrival. It was an exceptional value for the price. if I could give Pierre a 6 I would. Highly recommend hope to stay again soon.

The best place in whole cabarete. This was my second time and it's totally worth it.

I have been traveling to DR many years and stayed in many villas. This is the best by far. The photos did not do the villa justice. It was better than expected. Definitely stay here again. Property manager, Alvaro, was great! He even got me a nice rental car and was very responsive.

Home away from home…except way nicer. We enjoyed our stay at Jeffery’s home. I don’t feel the pictures did enough justice. It was the perfect setup for our trip down. There was so much space to use. Great amenities to keep us occupied while in the home. A very secure location and close to the main city area and walkable to many points of interest. Everyone on location was extremely nice and helpful during our time there. We all discussed and mentioned we would come back again and we stay here again!

Theresa and her staff were absolutely wonderful hosts. Everything was taken care of in advance and she was still in contact to make sure everything was perfect . You couldn’t find a nicer host. The villa was one of the nicest I’ve ever seen and it was in a beautiful area. I will recommend this villa and Theresa to everyone I know after having such a wonderful experience with her.

This place was great. The service was amazing; Rafelina and her staff were kind and helpful. They were there to answer all our questions and help us if we needed anything. My family and I were very pleased with the location and service provided. It was a big group of us so it was nice that we could play music and decorate for a party. I would certainly recommend this place to any friends and family who would like to enjoy a nice getaway or if they want to celebrate a Birthday. The Villa was amazing and looked so beautiful. Kelvin was a great host. Also, the description matched my expectations. The place is a great value and is close to many good restaurants (my favorite was Swai but I also really liked 2 others: La Capola and The Food Truck King). Kelvin was very helpful and welcoming.

Highly recommended, just had an issue with the ac at the back room and it took 2 days to be sorted out !
