Located on a PRIVATE ravine lot, you can be sure to enjoy your days and evenings in comfort and style. The private oasis patio/pool area is a renter's dream.

This luxurious villa is situated in the highly desired section of Casa Linda, offering casual/fine dining restaurants, the new water park, walking trails, complimentary shuttle to popular beaches and more.

The space
This immaculate and spacious villa has 5 large master suites.

2 bedroom are extraordinarily spacious with king size beds and master baths are located in the main villa. No one will fight over which room they get. The other 3 bedrooms each with Queen size bed and private bath are pool-side and are all equally spectacular!!!

Each bedroom has its own individual air conditioner with TV, private safe, ceiling fan and wi-fi.

Inside, there is a large open concept kitchen and living room, over looking the incredible pool and gazebo. The kitchen is tastefully equipped with new top of the line modern appliances.

A large private pool can be enjoyed well into the evening or better yet, enjoy a tasty BBQ with a relaxing breeze.

With such a beautiful villa, it sometimes becomes difficult to get to the beach and to the downtown area only minutes away.

I can help arrange for a personal chefs, drivers, pool-side massages, outdoor outings to the beach, secure trips to the supermarket, etc.

Other things to note
PLEASE NOTE:
1. Our guests will enjoy every OTHER day Housekeeping services where towels and sheets will be refreshed, if requested. For daily cleaning, there will be a small surcharge.

2. Absolutely NO smoking inside the villa and NO illegal drugs allowed anywhere on the property (inside and outside). Please note that cannabis is illegal in DR.

3. Loud music policy in effect which is outlined in the Rules & Regulations which are to be acknowledge and signed at Check-in.

Hello, I recently moved to the Dominican Republic with my family from Toronto. With the craziness of city-living, we wanted to slow life down. Well we certainly got what we asked for in this beautiful island. Sosua/Cabarete have so much to offer and we're experiencing it fully year-round!!
