This is one of the few places in the area with a pool.
Welcome to Villa 745 - a newly built luxury villa in Casa Linda. A luxurious and very modern 3 bedroom villa that promises a stay that you’ll never forget!!

The space
This immaculate and spacious villa has 3 large master suites.

3 Master bedroom are extraordinarily spacious with king size beds and master baths. No one will fight over which room they get. They are all equally spectacular!!!
Each bedroom has its own individual air conditioner with a large SMART TV, internet and wi-fi. Inside, there are two oversized living rooms (one on each floor) and a spacious Kitchen over looking the incredible pool and gazebo.
The kitchen is tastefully equipped with new top of the line modern appliances.

A large private pool can be enjoyed well into the evening or better yet, enjoy a tasty BBQ with a relaxing breeze.

With such a beautiful villa, it sometimes becomes difficult to get to the beach and to the downtown area only minutes away.
I can help arrange for a personal chefs, drivers, pool-side massages, outdoor outings to the beach, secure trips to the supermarket, etc.

Other things to note
Our guests will enjoy every other day Housekeeping services where towels will be refreshed. For daily cleaning, there will be a small surcharge.

Absolutely NO smoking inside the villa and NO illegal drugs allowed anywhere on the property (inside and outside). Please note that cannabis is illegal in DR.

Hello, I recently moved to the Dominican Republic with my family from Toronto. With the craziness of city-living, we wanted to slow life down. Well we certainly got what we asked for in this beautiful island. Sosua/Cabarete have so much to offer and we're experiencing it fully year-round!!
