Relax with family and friends in a typical Dalmatian stone house (220 years old). Close to the sea (700 m) and in a quiet location. A newly renovated house (2024) with historical heritage and modern amenities. The house of an artist, hideaway, far away from stress in a typical environment and breathtaking nature: the smell of the sea, thousands of herbs and yet the feeling of southern "village life" in a small part of the village - the perfect combination!

The space
After getting up, you can start your day with swimming in our pool (4 x 7 m) or in the nearby sea. After a relaxing breakfast on the balcony overlooking the sea, a beautiful day awaits you: whether by the sea, by the pool, a trip by passenger ferry to Zadar, hiking or mountain biking on the island...

How about a sundowner or picnic at the highest point of Pasman - overlooking hundreds of islands? The end of a beautiful day.

Surrounded by nature and the authentic Dalmatian life, on an island full of herbs and hidden beaches, you will experience pure enjoyment and relaxation.

The house is situated in a part of Zdrelac and is - typically Dalmatian - built in a row (and therefore also has neighbors). The parking is close to the house (50 meters) and is free. For loading and unloading, you can drive in front of the house.

The former mansion of an agricultural property is the only guests at your disposal.

The owners sometimes live in an in-law apartment in the house. Their terrace borders the garden area, but can be visually shielded.
