Nestled in the private and serene Playacar Phase 2, our villa offers a tranquil, spa-like atmosphere surrounded by lush vegetation. You're just a 5-minute walk from the beach and a pleasant 20-minute stroll to the vibrant 5th Avenue.
The space
Your Luxurious Retreat
Villa Golf Beach features 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, comfortably sleeping up to 14 guests. The entire villa is equipped with air conditioning, and you'll enjoy high-speed internet (200 Mbps). We're proud to be environmentally friendly, powered by solar energy and biogas.
Ground Level:
• A bedroom with a queen-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom.
• A spacious living room with a library and a 65" LG NanoCell smart TV. This area can be transformed into an extra room with a king-size bed using the room divider curtains.
• A convenient half bathroom in the foyer.
• Laundry facilities with a washer and dryer.
• An integrated kitchen and dining area with direct access to the pool and outdoor space.
First Floor:
• Master bedroom: King-size bed, sofa bed (sleeps up to 3), en-suite bathroom, and a private balcony overlooking the pool and gardens.
• Large bedroom: Two queen-sized beds (sleeps up to 4), en-suite bathroom, and a balcony overlooking the pool and gardens.
• Large bedroom: King-size bed and a sofa bed (sleeps up to 3), overlooking the villa's entrance.

Enjoy complimentary maid service five days a week, Monday through Friday.
