The location is fantastic, in only 15 minutes walk and you are on the beach, by the way, you can access everything just walking, supermarket, restaurants, bars, surf schools, nautical adventures, etc., etc.

The space
Our apartment is just a 5-minute walk from downtown, the location is good, you have bars, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, access to transportation, all nearby. Although it has a convenient location, the building is very calm, quiet, peaceful and safe.

The apartment was remodeled a few months ago, it has a completely new, modern and minimalist style kitchen and bathroom.

A super comfortable double bed that has the particularity of being hidden, a large room, with a sofa, which easily turns into a small double bed if necessary, in that same room you have a full kitchen, with everything you need to make your own meals.
