Guests love this home’s scenic location.
A superb double story, self catering, but breakfast and dinner or chef service can be arranged on request. The Villa is only 5 min drive from city centre, has breathtaking views, plenty of natural light, on site parking for+10 cars, accommodates upto 22 guests & offers private entrance, spacious spaces, gym, washing machine, WIFI, DSTV, security, free housekeeping, 24/7 solar power & water backup services. Activities to do in Nyanga, Vumba & Chimanimani are Listed under Other details to note.

The space
The space offers unique stays to family gatherings, reunions, church retreats, business travelers, sport groups & private events - roora & small weddings. Events are exclusively done in the garden and attract no extra charges. Private garden events require guests to book a minimum of 2 nights accommodation & only 50 people max are allowed to attend private events. Vikam Villa does not provide deco, tables, chairs & cutlery for all private garden events, guests must hire.

Please note: The family stays on the premises in the family house. The family house has its own private entrance and facilities. Vikam Villa holiday home is attached to the family house.

Guest access
The Villa is a safe haven, privacy is guaranteed. Vikam Villa gate entrance is controlled by security, only booked guests and staff are allowed on the property. As a holiday home, whether one or a group, guests will always have the entire Villa space to themselves. Guests will never share Vikam Villa space with other guests who are not part of their group.

BREAKFAST/DINNER/CHEF SERVICES
Vikam Villa is self catering, but on 48 hours prior notice, we offer breakfast, dinner or Chef labor service to guests on request. The food services are outsourced from Cafe Alana Restaurant. Chef Labour only charges depend on number of guests, menus to be prepared & served for the day. Café Alana breakfast and Dinner menu is avaliable to booked guests. All meals are prepared & served at the Villa & charges paid directly to Chef onsite.

The Villa offers beautiful pictorial surrounding mountainous views and eye capturing sunsets.
Neighborhood tourist attractions are the Cecil Kopje Nature Game Reserve - only 5 mins walk and the Mutare Hillside Golf club only 5 mins drive from the Villa. The main tourist attractions nearby are: Vumba & Chimanimani Mountains, majestic Mutarazi falls and the evergreen Nyanga tourist resort only +-40 mins drive from the Villa.
