This chic one-bedroom condo is the perfect retreat for a romantic getaway, but the new queen sleeper sofa in the living room also makes it possible for small groups of friends or young families to enjoy this beautiful space.
The bedroom boasts a magnificent California King bed with a memory foam topper for a great night’s rest after a long day of sun-soaked exploring. There are also luggage racks and a spacious closet so you can unpack all your belongings and feel at home. A ceiling fan and Pure Cool Dyson fan ward off the heat as you sleep. You can stream your favorite shows and movies on the 65” Smart TV mounted directly across from the bed, or the 82" Smart TV in the living room.
Don’t worry about pulling the “short straw” of staying in the living room. The new queen-sized sleeper sofa has a cool-gel memory foam mattress, plus this room has A/C! You’ll sleep soundly no matter where you rest your head.
★ BATHROOM & LAUNDRY ★
The full bathroom has everything you’ll need for freshening up between days spent on the sandy beaches. Step into the walk-in shower and rinse off under the adjustable shower head, and feel free to use the complimentary toiletries including shampoo, body wash, and conditioner. No need to overpack when you stay with us! We also provide enough clean towels (beach, shower, hand, and face) for your whole group, plus a few extras just in case.
There is a washer and dryer in the kitchen if you want to do some laundry during your getaway. There’s no better feeling than returning home with a suitcase full of clean clothes!
★ KITCHEN & DINING ★
The open-concept layout of the kitchen and lounge area makes it easy to hang out with your travel companions no matter where you are. You can keep your group’s designated chef company from the comfort of the living room as you admire the local art, watch an episode or two on the 82” flat-screen Smart TV, or take in the incredible ocean views from the large floor-to-ceiling windows.
Over in the kitchen, you’ll have no problem whipping up delicious meals or quick snacks for the beach. In addition to all the basic appliances and cooking utensils, we have an ice maker and blender so you can create tasty cocktails to enjoy out on the lanai. Caffeine lovers will be delighted to find a fully-stocked coffee bar complete with a Keurig, coffee pods, and complimentary tea - enjoy!
Once it’s time to enjoy your meals or cocktails, you can enjoy them at the kitchen counter (seating for 4), or head outside to the lanai (seating for 2) where you can enjoy the tropical breezes along with your meal.
★ OUTDOOR SPACE ★
Step outside onto the private lanai and enjoy direct ocean views and spectacular sunsets. Feel the tropical breezes as you sip on your morning coffee or evening cocktails while you admire the fantastic views of the surfers and sea from the sixth floor of this perfectly situated building.
You’ll also have free access to the building amenities, including the pool and grill, which you can use for a cool swim when you need a break from the stunning beaches. You’ll have easy access to Kalama Beach Park, located about two minutes from your front door.
We aim to make your stay as seamless and enjoyable as possible, so feel free to use the free beach gear we provide (including a beach umbrella, Tommy Bahama beach chairs, a portable cooler, and super-awesome beach wagon to carry it all).
The condo is near to some great shops, including a surf school, a convenience store, a cafe, a spa, and bike rentals. Feel free to ask us about some more of our favorite spots around town!
Guest access
As guests, you will have private access to the entire condo, plus shared access to the communal pool and BBQ grill outside.
Our condo is located on the top floor in a vibrant neighborhood, so expect great views from your private lanai.
A free parking space will be available for you in the building lot.
Please note that all ages are welcome; however, we don't have special accommodations specific for infants and young children.
