Included 3 parking spaces and is just minutes away from Fiserv Forum (4.8 miles, about 10 min), Brewers Stadium, local breweries, restaurants, and pubs. A fantastic base for exploring the area, it’s also near the lake, ideal for leisurely walks, and within easy reach of downtown MKE, museums, and other attractions. With its prime location, this home combines convenience and a vibrant city atmosphere.

The space
Our home has a private fenced back yard, dedicated work space, a large kitchenette with microwave and basics (No oven), dining room, 2 bathrooms (one located in the main floor and the second is in the basement) and 4 bedrooms over two floors that allows space for your entire group. The Fiserv is 4.8 mi away and famed SouthShore park of Lake Michigan is 1.5 mi away and reachable by car, bike or casual walk.

While you'll have the freedom to explore every corner of the house, please note that for safety and maintenance purposes, the storage room and mechanics room, both located in the basement, will be inaccessible. Additionally, the outdoor storage shed will be unavailable for guest use.
