The only exceptions are locked storage closets and pool equipment areas.
Other things to note
– Pool can be heated to 90°F for $85/day (staff-controlled only).
– Smoking/vaping indoors is strictly prohibited ($1,000 fee).
– Pets allowed (max 5, $75 per pet, per stay).
– All guests and visitors must be listed on the reservation (City of San Antonio rule).
– Quiet hours 10pm–8am.
– No glass outdoors; children must be supervised near the pool.
– Exterior security cameras can view the property perimeter only and are not monitored.
– Check-out is simple: start dishwasher, empty fridge, bag trash, lock doors.
