With its 23 sqm floor area, it is perfect for a couple, a small family, or a small group of friends.
Equipped with a sofa, single bed, a queen-sized bed and storage in one piece of furniture. You can easily transform this day bed into a comfortable sofa. The bedroom has a comfy queen-sized bed. Just pull out the bed base and you get a queen-sized bed in no time. The large drawers have space for extra duvets, pillows, linens or other things you need to store.
Watch at your convenience with our 43 inches Smart HD TV. You can enjoy Netflix, YouTube and other online entertainment. Surf all you want with our free unlimited Wi-Fi internet service. We also have bluetooth speakers to connect to your smart phone.
Our kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave, rice cooker, electric kettle and basic utensils for your convenience. Dish soap with sponge is also available.
A fully functional air condition as it becomes a bit humid during summer.
Long travel and driving can be tiring so we provide complimentary coffee, cream and tea upon your arrival.
Dining table can be used for a working space with a reachable outlet just under the table so you can easily connect your cable to charge.
Large closet with cloth hangers are essentials for travelling so you can store your personal belongings.
No need to worry about having to take a cold shower in the cold weather as our unit is also equipped with a hot shower and bidet. Large mirror with built in LED lighting that spreads a soft, diffused light in the bathroom that is easy to wake up to, giving you a pleasant start in the morning. Hand soap is also provided.
We provide one towel each for every booked guest. We also provide complimentary toiletries such as soap, shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste toilet paper and slippers. Our bathroom floor has bath mats to prevent post bath or shower puddles and to provide anti-slip surface for your safety.
To prevent the spread of bacteria and viruses we provide alcohol spray upon entering the unit as we follow safety health protocols.
Our garbage collection is located next to the elevator. You can open the room and put the garbage inside. It's open 24/7.
Guest access
Enjoy the breathtaking view of Taal Volcano. You have access to a view deck located on the 12th floor of the building. Just inform us ahead of time to access the deck as we arrange it for the viewing.
The ground level overnight parking rate is P350 separate from your Airbnb booking, to be settled in cash upon check-in with unlimited entry but it's good for 24 hours only. Please provide us your car’s plate number ahead of time so we can secure and reserve your dedicated parking spot as this is on a first-reservation-basis.
You can also park your car at the Ayala Mall Serin just across the condominium building for a P350 overnight parking fee.
Our gym and playroom is open as first come and first serve only. You can workout and have fun while staying in our unit. We have treadmills, stationary bicycles, dumbbells, etc. Enjoy our board games, billiards, foosball table, etc.

- We are not responsible for the loss or damage to any of your valuable items. For your safety, always make sure that you lock the unit when going out to protect both of our belongings. We are not responsible for any lost possessions. We conduct an inspection before and upon checkout to determine any damage or loss
-Please turn off the lights, A/C, unplug electronic devices and other appliances when not in use and when you leave the unit
- LOSS OF KEY is subject to an extra charge or Php 2,000.
- Please kindly respect our maximum occupancy.
- Please note that there’s fees to use our Gym ( PHP 100 per hour )
- Any damages in the unit and stains to beddings and towels will be charged accordingly.
- Used dining utensils should be washed before checking out.
- We kindly ask guests to please dispose sanitary napkins or toilet papers in the sanitary bin provided in the bathroom to prevent plumbing problems.
- No shoe policy in the bedroom area to ensure we keep floorboards clean.
