Modern apartment on the 10th floor with balcony and open view. Very bright and comfortable for up to 4 guests. Bedroom with double bed and premium sofa bed in the living room that can be used as a double bed or two single beds. New building with private garage parking included and excellent amenities: gym, coworking, laundry, barbecue and doorman. Very good location, close to Montevideo Shopping, Parque Batlle, La Rambla and Tres Cruces.
