Welcome to our stylish apartment the perfect base for exploring Venice! Located on the first floor, this bright and modern space offers two comfortable double bedrooms, one bathroom and one fully equipped kitchen. The parking is free in front of the building
Just steps away from public transport, you can reach Venice in 20 minutes while enjoying the comfort of a peaceful and well-connected neighborhood.

The space
The appartament has two bedrooms, a living area with open kitchen and one bathroom. There is also a balcony and a small room at ground floor. The view of the rooms is on the small garden.

Guest access
When you arrive in front of the building, I will open the main door via the app; once inside the apartment, you will find the keys on the table.

Other things to note
Some legal notes: we are legally registered and licensed as touristic apartment (Veneto Region no. M02704211447) and we have to comply many burocratic procedures. We have to send your personal data to the various institutions, like Police/Questura, Regione Veneto and finally to the City of Venice. We do not like it as it's time consuming but this is the law so we will need your collaboration in order to be able to comply. More than this City of Venice is asking all the tourist to pay the tourist tax for maximum 5 days of stay. This is 4 euro a night for the adults and 2 euro a night for the children over 10 years old. For example a family with two adults and one child of 11 years old will pay for a 2 nights stay totally 20 euro. We will kindly ask you to calculate it yourself and leave it in the envelope together with the reqested personal data. Thank you so much for understanding!
