Our Studio Apartment in Downtown West Palm Beach is centrally located and convenient to everything. Located off Dixie Highway in the Antique Row District of West Palm Beach. Popular with guests who just need the basics at a super low rate.

The space
The Studio Apartment is connected to main house and has private entrance off the back patio. The is space available to park one car in the driveway. Equipped with a comfortable Queen Size Bed, full bath with shower. There is no kitchen but has a compact food prep area with glasses, dishes, silverware, toaster, microwave, coffee maker and refrigerator.

Guest access
Each Studio guest has access to the shared backyard patio area and laundry room. The laundry room with coin operated washer and dryer can be entered from the back door of the main house.

Other things to note
Easy access to the area beaches, Convention Center, City Place for entertainment and shopping, Clematis Street for nightlife and restaurants , Palm Beach, Interstate 95 and the Palm Beach International Airport.
