Rich in history, this 1924 Spanish Villa has been restored to vintage perfection. Situated on Princess Anne Golf Course with sprawling views. Huge living room, one large bedroom, two outdoor patio areas. Three blocks to the boardwalk, 5 min walk and a 3 min bike ride to the beach. Beach towels included! No kitchen but does include mini fridge, microwave, coffee pot with coffee/filter, & Culligan hot/cold filtered water. Murphy queen bed in bedroom & Queen highend sleeper couch in living room!

The space
The Spanish Villa is located on the 18th hole with direct sight line to the green AND only two blocks from the infamous Cavalier! Hardwood floors throughout. Queen bed in Master bedroom with attached bathroom. Very wide open, huge living room with plenty of light yet black out shades for sleeping on pullout couch. New bedding, towels, mattress with memory foam. Listen to the wind in the trees, front and back porches and doors make this a home. Although we are a 5 minute walk from the beach, when here, you will enjoy the serenity and luxury of golf course living. Two couches allow guests to keep the hide-a-bed out yet still hang out in the living room. The 30 foot high green hedge make the house virtually private from the road. Off street parking for two large vehicles. The guest's space is divided from the main home by an immovable barn-like wooden door that is well insulated however noise transference is possible.

Guest access
The entrance to your villa is on the south end of the home. Please use that driveway. Your area is separated from my home by an immovable well insulated barn door; some noise transference may be possible.

Other things to note
There is no kitchen or sink other than the bathroom sink. There is a Culligan-like water service with hot and cold water for tea, coffee, drinking.

Having grown up here but traveled the world, owner Paul, can't imagine living anywhere else. A car is not necessary while here. You can bike to all restaurants, live concerts, post office, grocery store, liquor store and even the movies! We are on the north end of the longest boardwalk in the U.S. Packed with 7 live stages, bars, restaurants and plenty of sun on a soft sandy beach. It is common to see dolphins in the morning if you take the quick stroll to the oceanfront with your coffee. There are no visible neighbors from your private villa.
