🔊 Noise Restrictions:
Play music inside the villa after 10 PM at low volume with windows and doors closed
Lower volume immediately if manager requests due to neighbor complaints
Pool use prohibited after 8 PM to avoid disturbing neighbors
🚗 Parking:
Space for 6-7 cars or one traveler bus
Large buses not recommended due to narrow Alibag roads
Please drive carefully & avoid property damage

Available on demand (Rs. 500/- setup charge payable to my relative and manager Sameer Raut)

FREE on-site parking for 6-7 cars
Best option: Private vehicle (car, bike, traveler)
Public transport: Tum-tum rickshaws and buses available
Rental rickshaws/cars can be arranged from Mandwa Jetty
Sea Route: Jetty from Mumbai to Mandwa/Revas (villa is 45 mins away)
