🅿️ Street parking is available for approx. €1.5/hour (Mon–Fri, 8AM–10PM) and is free on weekends. A secure public garage is just 2 minutes away on foot.
🛍️ A grocery store, cafés, many restaurants and a park are all within a 2-minute walk from the building.
🤫 The apartment is in a quiet, residential building — no parties, events or loud gatherings are allowed.
🔊 Although the apartment is on a higher floor with soundproof windows, typical city sounds may occasionally be heard due to the central location.
🍼 A travel cot and high chair are available — just let us know in advance if you'd like to use them.
