The Urwin House is a charming Tudor home, built in 1900. Don't let the year of construction fool you. This house has been updated with all the modern conveniences and amenities, but still maintains the Tudor charm. The house sleeps 6 adults comfortably and is situated perfectly between downtown Bowling Green and Bowling Green State University.

The space
This house is stately yet extremely comfortable. It is the perfect home away from home while visiting Bowling Green or the surrounding areas. This Tudor has amazing woodwork and charm throughout, but has been equipped with modern conveniences. The living room and each bedroom have flat screen tv's with cable and smart TV capabilities. The living room has plenty of cozy seating. The kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of dishes, glassware, pots and pans, serving utensils, and baking supplies. In addition, you will have access to a standard stove/oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and a refrigerator with ice maker. The dining room table seats a minimum of 8 and is perfect for enjoying a home cooked meal, a meeting with colleagues, or a night playing cards or board games. Two of the bedrooms have queen beds and the other has two twin beds. In addition, there are two bedroom with cozy window seats.
The house also has a couple of bonus rooms and areas. The breakfast nook contains a small table to enjoy breakfast or a cup of coffee. The library/office has a cozy reading chair and a desk with chair should you need to get some work completed. Our basement contains a cozy seating area perfect for a family game night. Laundry and ironing can be done in the laundry room. You can also enjoy the gas firepit and seating on the outside back patio.

Guest access
We welcome guests to all areas of the house except for the second floor balcony and housekeeping closets with locks on them.

Other things to note
Please note: We provide a limited amount of items like toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, soap, coffee, etc. there are 2-3 rolls of toilet paper left in each bathroom, 2-3 rolls of paper towels left in the kitchen, 2 dishwasher detergent tabs left under the kitchen sink, 2 shampoos, 2 conditioners, 2 body washes left in each bathroom, and 2-3 trash bags left in the kitchen. There should be plenty for a few day stay, but after that the guest is responsible for providing their own.
