BED SPACE

The Red Urbanhoop is a studio unit with 1 queen bed that contains a ceiling fan, vaulted/beamed ceiling, and is bathed in natural light. Plenty of outlets for multi-device charging. Blinds for privacy. Comfortable & new Cool Gel memory foam mattresses. Nestle yourself into a spacious bed and drift off to a restorative night’s sleep!


BATHROOM

There is a 1 full bathroom with shower. Enjoy steady hot water and great water pressure. Extra bath towels, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner and a hair dryer are provided.

KITCHENETTE AND DINING

The Red Urbanhoop has a retro-style mini fridge & microwave. Glasses, mugs, plates, bowls & silverware are included. Coffee/Tea Bar (includes drip coffee maker, electric kettle + complimentary coffee & tea). Seating for 2 creates an intimate setting for quality meal time. Shared kitchen is also available outside the unit.

OUTSIDE

Let the northern California air envelop you while you relax with a morning cup of coffee on the front or side porches’ furniture. Private driveway fits a compact cars. Street parking is also available.

If you need assistance, we live in a separate home on the property and are happy to help make your stay the best it can be! By default, we give our guests privacy and space to truly enjoy their stay. We will be available to make sure you are settled in and adjusted as you arrive.

Guest access
The home is private and completely detached from the host’s home. You can self check-in with a keypad. The code will be given on the day of check-in. There is a separate main house and an adjacent small suite on the property where other guests might be staying. The patio is also a shared outdoor area with the unit next to you.

Welcome to San Jose! Our names are Ezer & Liberty. We’re proud parents of 4 grown-up children and 5 grandkids. Both of us grew up farming in a small village. Ezer works in grocery, while Liberty is a full-time grandma. We are very family-oriented and love to help you feel right at home. If you need a babysitter during your stay, Liberty provides in-unit babysitting services (go on, enjoy a date night or take some “me” time). Hospitality is in our DNA!
