The space
Unit 616 is a studio unit located inside Mesavirre Garden Residences in Bacolod City. The space is thoughtfully designed with a minimalist and modern aesthetic, offering a comfortable environment for both short and extended stays.

The unit features a sleeping area, living space, private bathroom, and a functional kitchenette equipped with basic appliances for light cooking and meal preparation.

We welcome monthly and long-term bookings, making the unit a convenient option for remote workers, professionals on business trips, expats, or guests who simply want to enjoy a relaxed stay in the city.

Open Tuesday – Sunday | 6:00 AM – 9:00 PM only

Amenity Fee (payable to condo admin/guards):
Day use: ₱150 per pax
Night use: ₱200 per pax

Note: The swimming pool is closed every Monday for maintenance.

🚗 Parking:
Secured parking within the condominium is available for ₱300 per night, subject to availability.

Please inform us in advance so we can assist with arrangements.

🚿 Hot Water
The shower is equipped with a built-in water heater so you can enjoy a comfortable hot shower during your stay.

👥 Visitors
All visitors must be registered with the host via Airbnb before entering. Please provide their full names and length of stay. Unregistered visitors are not permitted.

🐾 Pets
Pets are not allowed in the unit or within the building.

📜House Guidelines:
• 🔇 Quiet hours after 10:00 PM
• 🚭 No smoking inside the unit | Designated smoking areas are outside the building
• A ₱2,000 cleaning fee applies for smoking violations
• 🔑 Lost keys or access cards incur a ₱200 replacement fee

🗑 Please dispose of trash in the designated bins or in the garbage room located at the end of the hallway (adjacent to UNIT 615).

Early check-in/late check-out may be arranged with advance notice and may involve a small fee, subject to availability.

🌐 Internet & Power
We provide high-speed 300 Mbps WiFi, but please note that occasional service interruptions from the provider may occur beyond our control.

⚡ The building is equipped with a generator for extended power outages, which may run in 2-hour intervals to conserve fuel.
