The space
RELAX. One of the most complete condos in Oceano. A bright, modern beach house design with a complete kitchen, a private covered front patio, a shared hot tub and barbecue area, and a perfect location. Only 274 steps to the beach, 417 steps to a huge park for the kids, and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. A short bike ride and you are in Pismo, Grover beach or Arroyo Grande. A quick car ride will take you to Avila beach and Shell beach. Venture a little further with a 15-20 minute drive to San Luis Obispo SLO, Cayucos or Morro Bay.

This beautiful downstairs condo is within 100 yards of the Oceano Dunes State Vehicular Recreation Area, more commonly known as the Pismo sand dunes. An Unlimited Daily pass is provided to drive your vehicle onto the beach and to the dunes. Bring or rent an ATV for a thrilling day on the sand, watch the sunset from the Pismo Beach Pier three miles north, take a driving tour of the local wineries, or tee off at one of several golf courses (including Avila Beach, Blacklake, Cypress Ridge, Monarch Dunes, and Pismo Beach) within a 10-mile radius.

Whether you're a beach-goer or a thrill-seeker, you'll love coming home to this polished, comfortable living space. Log onto the free private Wi-Fi to stream music or share photos of your adventures, light the gas fireplace when the evening breezes move in, and settle in for a night of Netflix favorites on the wall-mounted 50” Smart TVs (Netflix and cable tv service is included). Board games, playing cards and puzzles are in the living room, perfect for a family fun night!

Prepare scrambled eggs and provided Starbucks coffee and waffles in the full kitchen each morning, read the newspaper outside on the patio, and take strolls on the beach just down the street. Test your surfing skills in the waves, come home to flip burgers and hot dogs on the communal gas grill, and soak the day's cares away in the building's communal hot tub.

Almost everything is provided. In the kitchen, we provide all pots, pans, eating/cooking utensils, plates, napkins, cooking seasonings, coffee/drinking cups, Starbucks coffee, sweeteners, creamer and more. Stainless steel full-size appliances (oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator/freezer) are in the kitchen.

For the kids, take 417 steps to an Enormous playground and park. The playground has a huge pirate ship, multiple slides and swings, a zipline and more. Pack a picnic and enjoy an afternoon with the family. The kids will definitely sleep well!

Neighborhood highlights

There is so much to do surrounding the condo. If you like the outdoors, there are walking, hiking, and biking trails. Of course there is the beach.. several at that. If you like to shop, there a many boutique businesses within minutes of the condo. If you prefer to relax, the condo is a great place to do just that. Watch Netflix, play pandora or the provided games and open a window for fresh air. We all have to eat and there are many many great places to eat. Old Juans has excellent Mexican food and fish n chips. They have a nice patio and a great drink selection at their bar. Best part they are only 500 to 600 steps from the condo. We recommend going on Yelp and when you find a great restaurant be sure to tag us on your posts so other can find these recommended restaurants!! #dropmypinvaca
