PETS:
We love our pets, we welcome yours!
Well-behaved, housebroken pets are welcome; 2 maximum in the space. You are responsible for them, and for picking up after them. We provide bags. Leashes are strongly encouraged, dogs can quickly pick up the scent of a strange animal and become lost in the forest, the smells our here are new to them, and even small wild animals can cause injury to an unmonitored pet. There is a $100 per stay (not per pet or per day) fee. If you bring a dog without first notifying us you will be charged an additional ($100)
We set up differently for pet stays, including a toy & treat for them, different area rugs, and food/water bowls so we must know in advance. While we understand accidents happen, any accidents or marking involving furniture will incur a $150 non negotiable extra cleaning fee. You agree to this by renting. It is VERY important to us that our non pet stays cannot tell there was a pet previously there. We don't mandate that pets cannot be left here while you explore the area, but you are responsible for them and any damage or extra cleaning they may cause.
Thank you for understanding.

Neighborhood highlights
Stunningly beautiful! We are a short walking distance to the North Umpqua River (just across the street!) and are conveniently located near the Dry Creek Store for any needs you may have such as gas, propane, sandwiches, drinks, ice cream, and snacks. Check with the store for their hours.
We are surrounded in every direction by the Umpqua National Forest, creeks, and waterfalls, making our neighborhood one of the most beautiful and serene in the Cascade Range and Southern Oregon. Several miles of trails provide excellent hiking and mountain biking opportunities. We are approximately 50 miles east of Roseburg on Hwy 138E (Oregon's Highway of Waterfalls.)
We have directions to many local favorites posted at the lodge and in our guidebook. If you need directions to more things to see, just ask. There's a lot to see and do out here.
