Pet-friendly vacation rentals in North Umpqua River

We enjoyed gathering with family at this beautiful home. It was spacious but felt cozy and the Christmas tree was a nice added bonus. Host was also super responsive, would highly recommend staying here.

the first words from my wife is I want it! She loved the house! It is beautiful and a great location. Secluded, private, peaceful, clean well laid out. Plenty of room! Overall a great experience! Will probably be back again some day!

I cannot say enough about my experience with this place and their customer service. She was incredibly welcoming and went out of her way to make sure everything is ok. Her flexibility with check in and check out was much apricated, and questions I had were answered promptly. It was a truly wholesome experience, and I can't recommend this place enough.

Kyle's place was beautiful! We hosted a Thanksgiving dinner for our family and the big kitchen was perfect for it! Had plenty of plates, silverware, chairs, etc. TWO ovens was amazing to have for all the different sides we made lol! And pet friendly so we could bring our fur baby with us. We stayed in the master bedroom and the bed was very comfortable. We couldn't get over how comfortable the pillows were either lol! The views are beautiful and it was a very peaceful place to stay. Plenty of parking too! And everything was spotless and clean when we arrived. Thank you Kyle!

Kimberley's place was perfect for a multi family getaway - it was right on the river with an amazing view. It was so quiet and peaceful. The grounds were open and tons of relaxing seating and fun stuff to play and do. Kimberley was very nice, helpful and communicative. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed the short stay during our trip heading to Southern California. Pam’s house is fully equipped, and we felt like just as home.

Great place to stay. Walked in to a lit Christmas tree - a great touch. Treats were out for both us and our pup. There were comfortable beds and a nice coffee bar. All of these touches made for a great stay. We would definitely stay here again.

As advertised, wonderful place.

The family offers their dad’s dream cabin for relaxation. Beauful surroundings, the sounds of the creek, cozy furniture and antique wood stove, comfy beds…such a lovely relaxing couple of days. The beautiful REAL repurposed bar wood floors creak a lot, but for me that was part of the charms

Large and spacious house with a beautiful kitchen and comfortable living area. The house was easy to find from the provided directions and the setting was private and quiet. We enjoyed an early Thanksgiving meal with family and it suited our needs nicely. The kitchen cupboards seemed a bit bare, but that may just have been because there were so many of them (so much storage!), it did have all the basics and some items beyond that. The large island was great but would have been improved by the presence of bar stools as it tends to be a natural gathering place. The twin bedroom was likely originally an office as it has partially frosted french doors, so doesn't provide a lot of privacy. The master suite was incredibly spacious. Overall a great value, especially when combined with the studio as you have numerous bathrooms and lots of space.

We had a great stay at Karen and James's place. It was very comfy, so many blankets in case it got cold, the bed was super comfortable the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed so it was all perfect. This was also a very large space and perfect overall for us. We will definitely stay again!

Debbie's place was quiet and nice. I loved the recliners in the living room, it was nice and comfy watching tv and relaxing. If there's anything u need, don't hesitate to ask the owner. She is very accommodating.

Danelle place was nothing less than Amazing. It felt like home and she was very friendly and proactive in her response. The place is surrounded by nature and would like to mentioned about spring water which was simply great. I would be visiting her place (Tipi) back in future.

We love the privacy of this Airbnb cabin! We heard the coyotes howling at night, and it felt very peaceful and relaxing in that beautiful cabin! There was plenty of room for our puppies and what a wonderful location!

Valley’s End tiny house is thoughtfully appointed, cheerfully decorated and a little jewel box of a place to get away from it all. And, considering all this property has to offer, you get a lot for your money. Kevin and her family have attended to all the details—from the very comfortable bed to the many options for hanging out in the outdoor spaces to the lighted path to the toilet. There is some human activity around but not much—the house is situated in a private spot in an agricultural area. My wife and I could see the river out of one window of the bedroom loft and a flock of sheep out the other. The river is the star of the show but the trademark rolling hills of Southern Oregon are also pretty magical. If you are a member of a community that is underrepresented in rural areas, don’t be afraid to come to this property. It is a safe getaway for you and your family.

Cabin needed updating but beautiful location. Wonderful staff. Already have return trip booked.

This place was awesome. Beautiful view from the house of the Umpqua river. If you are into fishing it's right there. The hot tub was in a perfect location. Also dog friendly. short drive to the oregon coast

Sherry's place is in the top 5 places I've ever stayed in my life. It was so peaceful, clean, very comfortable, and intertwined with nature. The private garden/hot tub were lovely, and we saw a few deer. The property has so much else to offer too - bocce ball, a barn, a few different places to sit and enjoy the view. Sherry makes you the most delicious breakfast and is very respectful of dietary restrictions (I have celiac). We felt right at home and wish we could've stayed longer!

Ericka provided every amenity you could think of, including umbrellas, sightseeing literature, labels for everything, makeup remover pads, etc. The fixtures, lighting, and finishes were 5-star quality. The furnishings were charming. Very impressive guest quarters.

Daniel’s home was wonderful! It was very spacious and inviting. The beautiful Christmas tree just added to the festive mood. Daniel responded very quickly to any questions and was very accommodating to our needs. The homey feeling helped make our family’s first Christmas with our brand new granddaughter extra special! We definitely will keep this home at the top of our list!

Very friendly host. Accommodating. Comfortable beds. Welcoming. Hot tub and exercise pool. Pet friendly. Ken was very helpful and easy to work with. Needs were met expeditiously.

We loved our stay here! Even though we had some rain, we still enjoyed the views and the cozy cabin feel. On the non-rainy days we were able to have a picnic right on the river, coffee on the deck and enjoyed the relaxing hot tub. There were a lot of restaurants and markets nearby, which were convenient, but for the most part we didn’t need to leave. Wish we had booked a few more days. Will definitely be returning and would recommend!

The home is beautiful and cozy. We had the pleasure of meeting the amazing horses on property and the owner. She is absolutely amazing and had lots of good stories and advice for us! Hope to have the opportunity to stay here again in the future!
