The villa is spread across 4 independent levels, each can function as a self-contained apartment with its own outdoor space:
FLOOR 0: A 1-bedroom, 1-bath apartment (41m²) with a private front yard — ideal for those who prefer minimal stairs.
FLOOR 1 : A studio (27m²) with direct access to an outdoor deck and a private pool (5.8 × 3m) — perfect for relaxed indoor-outdoor living. Catch a glimpse of the ocean from this floor
FLOOR 2 : A spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath apartment (115m²) with a terrace and a courtyard. This floor enjoys full ocean views.
FLOOR 3 : A 3-bedroom, 2-bath penthouse (85 m²) featuring a terrace, sunroom, outdoor dining area, lawn terrace, and a rooftop pool (7 × 2.6 m), all with panoramic ocean views.
Each floor has an independent entrance and the floors are joined by stairs outside, allowing different groups to stay together while maintaining their own space and routine.
The villa is optimized for beach + city holiday for groups. Extras include 6 smart TVs, Nintendo Switch (2 consoles & 8 Joy con controllers & 8 games), 40+ board games, charcoal BBQ, vinyl records, and cocktail sets — all designed to make group stays easy and enjoyable.
🌟ATTENTION🌟:
While this villa accommodate larger groups, parties are strictly not allowed. Quiet hours are enforced from 10 PM to 7 AM. The villa is located in a very peaceful residential neighborhood and is not suitable for late-night gatherings or parties. Please refer to the “House Rules” section for more details.
Guest access
You are reserving the whole villa, with complete privacy and independence. You will have the whole villa to yourself.
Total indoor living area is 268 m2 across 4 floors, plus plenty of outdoor space to enjoy Portugal's sunny weather.
Other things to note
1. The villa is spread across 4 levels and does not have an elevator
2. The pool water temperature is not regulated
3. Pool inflatables/floats shown in the photos are for decorative/staging purposes and may not be available during your stay for hygiene reasons.
4. Air conditioning is available in the top-floor (3 bedrooms and the living room); fans are provided in other floors.
For most of the year, air conditioning is rarely needed thanks to the coastal climate — mornings and evenings are typically cool, and during warmer afternoons, many guests prefer to spend time by the pool or at the nearby beaches.
5. Please dispose of used toilet paper, diapers, and feminine hygiene products in the trash bin provided.
6. A small number of kitchen cabinets are reserved for storage. There is ample kitchen and refrigerator space across the villa for guests.
7. On the TVs, Disney+ are provided. There is no local channel.
8. The maximum capacity is 16 guests. Sofa beds are not prepared or intended for use by default. If you would like to use them, please inform us at least 7 days in advance, and there is an additional linen fee of EUR 50 per sofa bed per stay.
9. A travel baby crib & a high chair with tray can be provided at no additional cost, with prior reservation. For hygiene and comfort, please bring your own crib linens and cushion for the high chair.
