This spacious unit comes fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay:

- Toiletries (hair & body shampoo), water heater, and bath towels

🚗 Parking:
Strictly one (1) parking lot only provided for this unit (Level 3–5).
If you’re travelling with more than one car, additional cars can park at KSL Shopping Mall (parking charges apply).
⚠️ Note:
Please note that the bathtub in the master bedroom is currently not in use. No worries — the shower is fully functional and can be used as usual.
Guest access
Guest will self checked in with password locks & access card. And guest will have the entire unit and you can feel free to use condo facilities with obey rules and regulation of these facilities.
This apartment has a security level with 24 hour security surveillance to assure safety during your stay.
Facilities included:
- Swimming Pool
- Gymnasium
- Kids Playground
- Dinosaur Water Theme Park (additional charges required)
Other things to note
~ Strictly ONE PARKING lot ONLY provided for this unit. (Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate requests for additional parking) ~
We are using the self-check-in method by using the lockbox.

We are a short-stay management team, different from the hotel. Please read our house rules before your check-in date to avoid inconvenient incidents or misunderstandings.
Self-check-in instructions will be sent to you two (2) days before your arrival date (if you have completed the 2 steps).
