Cozy and comfortable for family stay. Nice and clean. During new year's night 12am 2024, got a memorable moment to watch fireworks from the unit. It was spectacular!!

House was so clean and it felt like home, in-fact it looks like a hotel room. Household items was provided. On our first night, wifi was unable to connect but then the next day, owner came to fix it and gave us a box of ferrero rocher. We felt welcomed. Neighbours was friendly and the parking was easy and safe. Definitely will come back!

There was a bunk bed, so the kids loved it. It's also close to JB sentral, so you can walk there. It's spacious, clean, and hygienic. I'll come again. I am willing to use it.

it is a very convenicence homestay, a lots of shop and restaurant/food court just nearby and within 5mins drive, a clean and comfort house equipped with kitchen utilities, very recommended to stay...overall is very good.

Excellent accommodation especially those who wanted to travel to Singapore else well with the excellent location located nearby the JB CIQ centre and it is also a shopping mall. The apartment is extremely clean & comfortable to stay. Besides, the owner is very friendly and kind to provide us advice and tips on our trip which give us a big help in avoiding some unnecessary problems and also offer us for a ride to the station when we check out. He is also be very patient in waiting for us to reach his house to pass us the keys even though we are late due to the traffic on the road.

There is 24 hours security guard at the lift landing. The house is safe. Easy access to shopping malls and restaurants nearby. Local food and provision shop available downstairs and within walking distance nearby. Host provide a welcome message with all the instructions clear and brief. Hustle free self check in and check out. Very greatful host provide early checkin. Eary access to residential facilities as stated.

A wonderful place for my family! Danial’s apartment is just a few blocks away from my father’s home. It’s so convenient for my family to visit my father during Chinese New Year. The environment is very good cause it’s surrounded by golf court and greenery. Aeon mall, IKEA and Mid Valley Southkey are about 15-20 mins driving distance from Danial’s place. A very great experience.

Cindy place was fantastic. We had a wonderful stay. We were there for our Spartan event and the location of her place was perfect. It was close to the shuttle pick up as well. We had a quick check in- every detail was shared by Cindy. The view of the marina from her balcony was amazing. Her place was very clean and tastefully decorated. All facilities was provided and in good condition. The cafe at her place accommodated us well with yummy meals and great smiling services. We loved our stay here. The eateries was conveniently located. We had all our meals at the restaurant and the mall beside her place. A very strategic location with beautiful views too. Very safe and only 30 minutes drive to Senai airport. Taxis are easy to find- they usually parked in front of the mall. Overall, we loved her place very much. She also had complimentary toiletries and snacks. Thank you very much Cindy. Ours was a short 2 days stay but will return with family.
