Tankless Water Heater means ENDLESS HOT WATER. 2 metro stops, 6 bus lines...within walking distance. Central to all the splendors of the Westside--UCLA, Venice Beach, Santa Monica, Beverly Hills, Brentwood, Bel Air. All accessible within 15 minutes. Avoid dealing with the traffic snarls and parking issues.

This is an eminently walkable neighborhood. And many residents stroll for recreation. Parking is available on the street. Three different bus systems are all a block away. 2 different stops for the Expo line are 10 minutes walk. There is also a Flix Bus Pick Up Point--3 blocks away at the Metro Stop--that enables travel to various cities throughout the country, like Las Vegas, San Diego, San Francisco. We still recommend a car for your stay.
