Two Sails is a spacious, beautifully refurbished unique 4 bedroom property with parking for 2/3 vehicles, a sunny patio & terraced gardens with BBQ. It can be set up as 4 Doubles or 2 Doubles and 2 Twin rooms. Only 15 minutes stroll from Brixham's bustling fishing harbour and within easy reach of fantastic coves, beaches, the South West Coastal Path, Dartmoor, Paignton Zoo and much more. Superb option for a large family or 2 sets of families /friends holidaying together.

The space
Two Sails has been uniquely designed for families and friends to enjoy holidaying together whilst providing their own separate living areas and facilities under the same roof. The 2 spaces, Port Side and Starboard Side have 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, and a modern, open plan lounge kitchen diner. Both have their own set of double French doors which open out onto a large shared patio and sunny terraced gardens with fire-pit and BBQ . Inside it is very easy for guests to mingle through the internal connecting door and join together in the cosy lounge with the wood fire on Port Side.

Excellent local taxi services available, local bus route with a stop 150 yards from Two Sails.
Main bus service to Paignton/Torquay and beyond less than 10 minutes walk from Two Sails.
Parking in and around Brixham is in high demand during peak season as there are limited spaces available making Two Sails ideal as it has its own parking for 2/3 vehicles plus ample on street parking close by and only a short walk into the town centre. .

Brixham is a beautiful place surrounded by areas of outstanding natural beauty, the South West Coastal Path is within 15 minutes walk from Two Sails. Brixham is also still one of the few working ports left in the UK and if you like boats, you will love Brixham. The beaches are Shoalstone and the Breakwater, plus the coves at Fishcombe Churston and Elberry. There are also more within a short drive. There is fantastic scenery in all directions, whether you take a drive and cross over to Dartmouth on the ferry, take a drive along the coast or up to Dartmoor.
There are also plenty of places to eat and drink, take a trip on the steam train or visit Paignton Zoo which is only 5 miles away.
