Beach front villa in Treasure Beach, on the south coast of Jamaica, where it's sunny all year round! Just steps away from a secluded sandy cove, perfect for swimming, sunbathing and gentle morning strolls. Peaceful and quiet, the villa has three double bedrooms and in a cottage for two available for additional cost. There is a private pool and beach sundeck, large sitting room and kitchen. A personal chef is included in the rental rate for breakfast and dinner, you just pay the cost of the food.

The space
Our contemporary villa has two bedrooms with king beds and one bedroom with two full size beds, all have ensuite bathrooms with large showers. Each room has a substantial walk-in wardrobe. The villa accommodates six people, plus Little Turtles' Cottage in the grounds has room for a further two guests for an extra $25 US person, (please enquire on booking.)

The sitting room and kitchen are open plan, with large comfy sofas and a dining area which looks out on the pool. There is a first floor roof terrace with incredible views of the ocean.

In addition to a caretaker and cleaning staff, a personal chef is provided to prepare breakfast and dinner (food and drink charged extra.)

Where you’ll be

This is the authentic Jamaica, with no all-inclusive resorts or noisy beach activities. Treasure Beach is the perfect place for a peaceful get away, to relax and enjoy nature at its most beautiful. We are a friendly fishing community with lots of great local bars and cafes. We are lucky to have some amazing restaurants including Lashings, Jakes and Jack Sprat. We also have some interesting shops, such as the gorgeous Callaloo Boutique and also the new Sea Wata gift store, for unusual souvenirs and supplies. Local supermarkets also stock everything you will need for your stay.

While you are here you can spend a few days touring the Jamaican south coast, taking in the Appleton Rum Tour, YS Falls, Lovers' Leap, Black River market, Holland Bamboo, Black River safari, Alligator Pond, Sunny Island or a beer at the world famous Pelican Bar, located on a sand bar in the ocean. Every other year we even have our own world renowned literary festival, which features many famous guest speakers.

We bought our beach villa in Jamaica after falling in love with the beautiful unspoilt area of Treasure Beach. I love the peace and tranquility of the south coast, which is non touristy and much more like the "real" Jamaica - with no all inclusives or tourist traps. I've travelled a lot around the world, so I hope I know what guests want from a villa holiday. It's properly a home from home, with friendly helpful staff and lovely locals.
